About Pristine Home Services
Dedicated To Keeping Your Property Pristine
Pristine Home Services is a husband-and-wife-owned company with three years of experience serving communities along the Oregon Coast. As a licensed & insured local business, we value honest communication, dependable scheduling & attention to detail. Our approach centers on understanding each customer's priorities, treating properties with respect & delivering consistent workmanship. We believe property maintenance should be straightforward, with clear expectations and service options that fit individual needs. Whether caring for a family home or business property, we're committed to providing professional, personalized service our neighbors can depend on.
Right Equipment
We specialize in residential lawns along the Oregon coast. To that end we use appropriate equipment and methods. We won’t use a 1-ton mower with a 72-inch deck that goes 14 mph to save a few minutes on your residential lawn. This could tear it up, leave ruts, and scalp your lawn.
Concerning Window Cleaning:
There’s nothing wrong with using traditional window cleaning equipment (squeegee and soap), especially on a single-story house. Sometimes, we use more modern water-fed-poles that use reverse osmosis and deionizing filtration and no ladders or soap. It depends on the job. We cater our tools and techniques to your specific needs.
No Contracts
Do you get tired of paying for services when the grass isn’t growing, or your windows are not dirty? Pristine Home Services does not require you to sign a contract to do business with us. We do have package deals for window cleaning, but no contracts.
Professional Appearance
Your old service provider shows up to your home with a lawn mower hanging out of the trunk of his 79 Toyota Cressida station wagon. He’s wearing some inappropriate T-shirt, has a joint hanging off his lips and he uses choice language around your kids. Your new Pristine Home Services employee shows up with a company truck wearing a nice clean uniform and acts like the quintessential professional; no need to plug the kid’s ears.

We Answer Phones
How many times have you called your service provider only to leave a message that is not returned for 4 days if at all? Not the way we do business. Your phone call will be answered or returned as soon as possible.
We Lock Gates and Doors.
We are entrusted with gate codes, keys, and access to other secure areas. Our employees WILL NEVER leave a gate or door unsecured. We have an immediate termination policy should an employee leave a gate open, or door unlocked. This may seem a bit sever; however, the security of your home and pets is of top priority.
Timely Service
We show up when scheduled.
We text you a reminder before service and let you know when we are finished. We also follow up with you to see if we have met expectations..
